Yo! I’m Frances, fishing hobbyist and fanartist. I’ve contributed to a number of fanzines in the past and have served as head Art Editor in two literary magazines. I also run my own merch and print store seasonally.
My favorite LuZo moment would be their girldads arc in Wano with Tama... it really brings me back to what started it all with Rika! I really adore that sort of unconditional (and unconventional) kindness that has always been at the root of their relationship.

My heart is happiest whenever Luffy and Zoro play around like rambunctious cats, like trying to compete over who can catch the most fish during their descent to Fishman Island or wreaking havoc in Wano.

Hey guys it's Gab. I’ve been into OP since I was five years old and even at that age I knew something was up between LuZo... call me a trailblazer. I run a merch shop and also do conventions, and have participated in many many zines before! This is my first time as a Merch mod but I’m excited to be here. woo!
Fav LuZo moment will always be Long Ring Long Land roller skating. I know it was anime only but Zoro knowing how to skate is so cute to me. Even if he never taught Luffy how to turn corners.

My favourite thing about LuZo is how they're deeply devoted to each other but also take every opportunity to make fun of each other. I love the moment in Water 7 when Zoro says “even though he’s an idiot, he’s our captain” while hitting Luffy like are you guys in love or something?

I’ll be in charge of the fanfiction contributions for this zine, including editing and beta. I’ve been writing fanfiction for around eight years, and I have a bachelor’s degree in English.
My favorite LuZo moment is during the Water Seven train chase, when Luffy asks Zoro to cut the incoming train in half, and Zoro just says “Gotcha.” I love their unparalleled devotion and faith in one another.

Hello, I’ll be helping with the English/Korean translations for this project. I’m glad to help LuZo enthusiasts enjoy this anthology in both languages and hope to see more incredible works shared in this way ♡
My favorite LuZo moment is their first encounter. It’s the only time Zoro holds any doubt about Luffy – which doesn’t last long. They promise to be each other’s sword, shield, and anchor, one just as strong as the other, and never once look back… truly the greatest meet cute of our time.

Is there a theme?
Centered around the imagery of a solar eclipse, Solar Totality explores how Luffy & Zoro's relationship has blossomed under the light of the sun and moon. However, the slated content of the anthology will follow a timeline mapping out their relationship across the canon, in-universe story of One Piece, allowing for flexible interpretations of the overarching theme.Will this anthology have a romantic or platonic focus?
As a slash anthology, our focus is on SFW (safe-for-work) romantic interpretations of Luffy and Zoro's relationship, but platonic depictions are allowed. As such, characters other than Luffy and Zoro may be included but will not be the primary focus.How will the funds from the project be used?
After covering production costs, proceeds will go towards providing all contributors with a free physical copy of the anthology, along with any associated merchandise and shipping costs. In the case of surplus earnings, remaining funds will be donated to Palestine Children's Relief Fund.Why is this anthology invite-only?
Although the moderators have relevant skills for our respective roles, we have not modded an anthology before. Therefore, we are aiming to keep this project to a smaller scale with regards to the contributor quantity, management scope, and production complexity. However, we will be accepting suggestions for artists and writers during our interest check period.What is the status of the NSFW add-on?
The NSFW add-on is a collection of works from 15 of our contributors exploring the more intimate side of Luffy and Zoro's relationship. However, due to the ongoing censorship of NSFW sales from payment processors (Visa/Mastercard/etc), we've decided to delay any preorders/sales until we can find a suitable solution. However, this release was always planned solely as a digital PDF, so it should not affect any physical preorders.For information about our store and shipping:
